บทที่ 1 การกล่าวนำ

(Introduction)

การนำเสนอและการประชุมเป็นสิ่งที่ขาดไม่ได้ในการดำเนินงานและการติดต่อทางธุรกิจ การนำเสนอในที่นี้หมายถึงการบรรยาย การอธิบายเกี่ยวกับงานส่วนต่างๆบางส่วน หรือทุกส่วนให้แก่ผู้ร่วมงานได้ทราบ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อรายงาน พิจารณาร่วมกัน เพื่อสั่งการหรือนำเสนอให้แก่ผู้จะเข้าร่วมทำธุรกิจทราบแนวทางและความเป็นไปได้ที่จะทำธุรกิจร่วมกัน รูปแบบของการนำเสนอนั้นอาจแตกต่างกันไปตามสถานการณ์และความเหมาะสม แต่บ่อยครั้งการนำเสนอมักเกิดขึ้นควบคู่กับการประชุมจนเกือบจะเป็นเสมือนส่วนหนึ่งของการประชุมไป

เนื้อหาในภาค 4 นี้เป็นรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับวิธีการพูดในขั้นต่างๆของการนำเสนอ โดยเริ่มต้นที่การกล่าวนำและสิ้นสุดที่การสรุป การกล่าวนำประกอบด้วยการกล่าวทักทายเรื่องหรือวัตถุประสงค์ของการนำเสนอและโครงร่างคร่าวๆของการนำเสนอ โดยมีวิธีการพูดถึงแต่ละส่วนตามลำดับต่อไปนี้
